Health Tips for Wise Nutrition1. Sins of civilization: Too much Sugar, Salt, White Flour, Fat, Wheat flour, irradiated foods, Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs.
2. Take a high quality Vitamin and Mineral supplement daily. Vitamins run the body and minerals build the body. All diseases of man are due to mineral deficiencies.
3. Eat one salad per day with a rainbow of colors. Stay away from iceburg lettuce.
4. Good protein advice: Eat fish or chicken only once or twice weekly. Egg whites may be eaten 3 times per week. Nut butter, 1 tablespoon 3 times per week. Nut milks, 8 oz. twice a week. Almonds are the King of Nuts. Sesame Seeds the King of seeds, Lentils the King of all legumes. These can be eaten on a daily basis.
5. Do not drink Cows Milk. Cows milk destroys the lungs, ie., bronchitis
6. Good foods without exercise is fatal living.
7. Fats: Always eat the foods with the fats that they come with. Limit the intake of concentrated fats and oils. Use only unrefined, cold pressed oils. I recommend raw nuts, seeds and avocado as good fats.
8. Eat at least three hours before bedtime.
9. Reducing: Eat smaller portions. 6 small meals a day, instead of 3 large ones.
10. Do not drink cold water with your meals. 3-4 oz. room temperature water only.
11. Always try to buy organic vegetables. No canned foods.
12. Supplement your diet with fiber, enzymes, antioxidants, and minerals to compensate for having eaten incorrectly in the past and prevent problems in the future.
13. Eat natural sweets such as dates. Revive other dried fruits including raisins, figs and prunes. Use raw honey, maple syrup and fruit concentrates as your sugar. No refined sugar. Refined sugar destroys the thymus gland and is poison to the system.
14. Use fresh herbs for flavoring, No salt, pepper, aspartame, splenda, equal, etc.
15. When treating the body, remember physical, mechanical, chemical, nutritional, mineral, vitamin, emotional, and spiritual values.
16. Consider a good elimination program for the colon and liver twice a year.
17. Take charge of your skin. Brush it daily. The skin eliminates two pounds of waste each day, you must keep it clean, soap and water cannot do this.
