I noted that you had a good time in Nashville and that you are a year older today.

I'm sure that becoming 39 is as much fun for you as it was for me.
I wonder if your students know about the anniversary and whether they will have a party for you.

A big thanks and hugs to you all!!!  Yep, being 39 is all right!!!!

 Altho I actually spent my b'day in the car traveling. Went to Indiana to pick up an aunt and then on to Clare Mich to attend my mom's funeral.  We did stop at Bennigan's for a b'day dinner.

My mom's funeral was actually quite nice and when I heard the "she is in a better place" stuff I said "well, she is dead now but will rise at the resurrection" and most people said no more! ha.  One aunt tho I spent a lot of time talking to and she was receiving it w/ joy. She doesn't "do" computers so I am going to run some basic papers of Ray's off and mail to her.

a belated happy birthday gena. i was glad to read your post. i was sad to read that you spent your b'day traveling to p/u your aunt then on to your momma's funeral. bennigan's must have been refreshing though. i know that as hard as it was to loose your mother, you DO know she is in a better place even if it is the deep sleep of the grave because she knows no more suffering or pain. AND you know the Truth of the scriptures that you will know her in God's kingdom. can we even imagine that even the timing of your mother's death could be used by God to bring you and your aunt together so that you could share with her the truths God has and is showing you, and that God's will may have been that this was how the scales would be removed from your auntie's eyes. our God is an awesome Father. i pray that God will indeed bring your aunt to the Truth of His Word, Jesus Christ, and the FACT that He will indeed save ALL the world.
