Does anyone know the specific link where Ray teaches on the flood being regional, not global?

In the videos, look through the first few...this is where the bulk of the material on the flood will be located.  The same will be true of the transcripts.

That Vimeo link will also have a video called 'supplemental' or something like that.  This is a bible-study held post-Nashville where Ray covers some more things he did not have time or strength to cover at the Conference itself.  There's more on the Flood there.
