Hi everyone,
I have a bit of a silly question ::)
Does anyone know what the ingredients were to make the bread Jesus and the Apostles ate ??
More so I am interested to learn the type of wheat that was used.
Told you it was a silly question :)
Thanks in advance and BTW Rhys it was not imported from NZ ;D

Hi John,
This is a non-religious site that speaks about the grains of biblical times.

Here is a comment I found.
In Jesus’ time, there were only three major types of wheat in existence: Einkorn, Emmer and later Triticum aestivum along with simple, non hybrid varieties of other grains like barley, millet and rye.
mercy, peace and love

Nice reply Kat
John I'm pretty sure those ingredients were imported from New Zealand. I recall sending them out on a ship myself and growing them back then. No wonder I feel so old. Ha ha ;D
